You can earn in multiple ways:

– Order Through The App: The best way to participate in Newk’s Rewards is the mobile app. Order and automatically get your points, redeem your Rewards easily and more.
– Order Online: Using any web browser, visit order.newks.com and place your order. Be sure to log into your Newk’s Rewards account at checkout to ensure the points are automatically added to your profile.
– At a Newk’s location: Make sure to give your phone number to your cashier to earn your points.

Invite a friend to Newk’s Rewards, get a FREE Slice of our delicious cake! Pop open your app, go to the “My Newk’s” tab, click “Refer-A-Friend,” and text your friend your unique code. You’ll get your Reward as soon as your friend signs up and makes their first purchase! There’s no limit to the amount of friends you can invite – or the slices of cake you can earn!

No app, no problem! Sign-up above and that’s it! Make sure you give your phone number to your cashier every time you dine with us or sign-into your account when you order online – and you’re all set!

You can check 3 different ways.

– Online: Go to newks.com/rewards.com and sign in to your account by clicking on the “Sign In/Login” button. You will see your points and any available rewards.
– The Newk’s App: Tap the “Rewards” tab at the bottom of your screen. This will display how many points you have accumulated towards your next reward.
– In-Store: Simply provide your phone number to your cashier – and they’ll let you know how many points you have and any available Rewards.

Points only expire if you haven’t earned any points for 12 months. Make sure you use your Rewards in a timely manner – who wouldn’t want to get free Newk’s as soon as possible?

We understand your birthday is special, and we think you should celebrate it for more than just one day! Birthday offers are valid for 14 days. You’ll receive 7 days prior to the big day, and it will be good 7 days after.

You can find your Birthday Free Slice of Cake:
– The Newk’s App: Tap the “Promos” tab at the bottom of your screen and then select “OFFERS”. This will display all of your available Rewards.
– Online: Go to newks.com/rewards.com and sign in to your account by clicking on the “Login/Sign In” button. Select “Offers” and using the drop-down menu, you will see all of your available Rewards.
– In-Store: Provide the cashier your phone number to the cashier – they will let you know if your Birthday Reward is in your account.

You will receive an email and/or push notification if you use the Newk’s app. You can also check your account balance and available rewards in one of our locations by providing your phone number to the cashier.

We welcome you in Newk’s Rewards if you’re 13 years of age or older.

Simply open your Mobile app and click “My Newk’s” and “My Account” and update how you like to receive news and offers from Newk’s!

No Worries! We will make sure you receive your points. 

If there is a barcode on your receipt, you can simply scan that in the Newk’s app. Under the “Rewards” tab you will see a red “Scan” button. Use this to scan your receipt and your points will automatically be added to your account.

If there is no barcode on your receipt, please email a picture of the receipt to rewards@flock-fresh.mysites.io and we will be happy to manually upload your points for you.

To use your gift card in the new Newk’s Eatery app, please follow these steps:

– Start a new order and proceed as usual.
– When you reach the last screen (payment), choose “Add Payment Method.”
– You’ll be prompted to add a gift card by using the card number (long number in the upper-left of the card) and PIN (6 numbers in the scratch-off area).
– Once you’ve put the card information in, you can save the card for later use in the app or just use it for the current order.
– If you want to put the card in but not order right now, just follow the steps above, add the card, and then back out of the order.

Make sure you add the item to your order before you check out. For example, to use your Free Drink reward, you’ll need to add a drink to your order when you’re making the order, and then apply the Free Drink reward at checkout.

– The Newk’s App: Please go to the “Promos” tab and then click on the “Offers” tab.
– Online: Log into your account and apply the available “Reward” at checkout.
– In-store: You can just tell the cashier you want to use your reward when you check out.

*For the offer to apply correctly, please ensure the necessary items are on your check prior to checking out.

Great question! Most Rewards do require an exchange of points for the free item. (800 pts. for a Slice of Cake, 1,500 pts. for a Free Pizza, etc.) Occasionally, you will receive a limited-time offer Reward in your account. These do not cost any points, but be sure to use them before they expire.

We’re so sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the site on iOS. The best way to access the Newk’s Rewards program is actually through the Newk’s app. If you use the app, you won’t have to worry about browser crosstracking.

Use the “forgot password?” feature on the app or at newks.com/rewards#login to reset your password and log in. When you do this, remember to check your spam or promotions tab for the password reset email.

You can redeem (1) Reward per 24 hour period.
